I became aware of Charlie Kirk about a year ago
The way he debates is truly amazing. I do not agree with some of his views, but I respect entirely his knowledge, passion and lightening fast logical responses. I had become a huge fan, watched him often, eagerly awaited new content. I loved that he and Candace Owens came up together. I had also recently started to follow her. The gross and ridiculous Blake Lively v Justin Baldoni drama was happening and Candace's take on it resonated SO much with me, I was hooked.
I will never forget certain moments in life and one will be when I heard about the shooting. Sunny warm beautiful day, mid day, on couch, scrolling TikTok and saw a post. I immediately turned on the TV to YouTube and it was on the front page. My heart sunk. I knew he was dead.
I was surprised to find myself crying. I mean, I didn't know him, but had come to really like him and I loved his content. I knew and saw his uniqueness and talent and it is very much what this country needs. It is a great loss to the world, and I am sad.
Immediately, the narrative was given. Immediately the bullshit began. Within hours of the shooting, the FBI had the shooter. Male, white, 20s, non-heterosexual, no criminal record, not a gun owner, good student and from a good family. Acted alone. Tyler Robinson.
How did they know this? Well, about 2 hours after the shooting, the FBI presented a text from the shooter to his boyfriend. Allegedly, this man typed a page long text to his partner, with whom he lives with, detailing his every step, plan, reason, intention and current position. Using language unusual for 23 yr olds. It was amazingly acquired easily. TBC...
